Whew~A date to remember.Mom went under the knife, a mastectomy operation in which the infected breast will be removed to avoid further spread of cancer cells. We,together with my two aunties waited outside the operating room anxiously. Its a first for me or should I say to the family to have a family member went on a major surgery.Well my sister got a minor eye operation last june so mom's the second to be operated and hers is not an easy one. After the operation the doctor showed me the infected breast inside a 1 gallon water bottle with formalin as it is to be sent for listopath and ER/PR test to see if mom will go for chemotherapy. Tomorrow's the day we will know the final results so *crossed hands in prayer*we hope the results will smile to us.

At first I thought Mozilla Firefox was being a bastard for suddenly closing its windows on me especially at the time when I was reading at Mangafox.I was so furious so I downloaded Opera and Google chrome just in case it keeps on closing. Then search the reason why it closes particularly when mangafox is open and I learned that maybe that site may have viruses such as malware and viruses from ads and firefox may be just closing the windows in order to avoid the viruses...or maybe not I dunno!I'm no IT expert!!
What infuriates me is that It closes while I'm reading YAOI manga! But when my sister use it and reads Shoujo it doesn't close! What the hell's that?Don't tell me Firefox is some conservative web browser! My sister's teasing me, that what I read are bad influences that's why it closes.Hehehehehe!!!But I laso given that a thought.

Right now I use Opera to read at Mangafox and as far as I'm using it, it seems okay.
I'll also be installing googlechrome just in case...

I thought my MP3 broke...See I charged it yesterday in our PC and revealed that it has Trojan so I removed it. Then today when I opened it it can't read my songs!I was like WTF?!!So I tried playing it in the PC but it was there, the PC can read the songs!I was so
gloomy thinking it might have been broken so I tried to just adding mu songs folder from the PC to the MP3 an viola!!It worked!Although the songs it can read are only from the added folder.Damn!I course the day Trojan and other viruses were ever made also the friggin monsters who create them!

Uh-Oh...I think I need to sleep...its 3 am and I could hear the roosters already!

Ondoy Delubyo+Random but serious stuff

Mon Sep 28, 2009, 9:31 AM
  • Mood: Emotional
  • Listening to: Easy Go
  • Reading: KHR,BrotherxBrother
  • Watching: KHR ep. 147(Fon!!yah cutie!!!!)
  • Eating: leftovers
  • Drinking: water
And I thought Typhoon Milenyo was the worst to hit Metro Manila. After 3 years we are again struck by a cunning devil known as Ondoy that left over a hundred dead and thousands homeless and helpless.I never thought that we are so blessed since no floods entered our streets and our homes, we only experienced 24 hour power blackout yet we still complain for the electricity to come back...such losers we are...until the lights went on and we turned on the news we saw the devastating site that had happened to Cainta, Marikina, Pasig and Bulacan.I was actually teary while watching our fellowmen struggling thru floods and crying if not for their left possessions, for their departed love ones who succumbed to the raging floods.Fortunately a lot are willing to help, if not physical or financial help prayers and wishes of hope are given and that's what we are doing.Right know there are no time to blame each other to whose fault is it, right know action and compassion is what the victims need and maybe through the aftermath, think of ways on how this disasters can be avoided.

That sure was serious...on the lighter side I wanna share this incident happened at my cousins house in Paranaque. The thing is heavy rains causes temporary floods in their subdivision but it only lasts for 10-15 min. During typhoon Ondoys rage the flood goes rampaging outside the street sweeping away everything in its path...including their thin dog Bono whom they forgot to bring inside the house. My cousin and uncle hurried to rescue him and while on the way some kids outside where shouting and crying for the poor dogs life.Thankfully, they retrieved the dog safely and warmed him up inside the house. It was scary yet a little funny because that dog is so thin and why the heck did thay forgot about such a fragile dog where they took inside the fat ones first!
But maybe if ever that dog didn't survive...I'll probably cry(sucker for cats and dogs:()

Yea...the serous stuff...Mom was diagnosed of Breast cancer...stage 2A, a not so serious stage but needs to go under the knife and cuts off the infected breast. We are know gathering opinions from other victims particularly my God mother who has breast cancer for 11 years and still looking lively as ever.I do think that all Mommy will need is a positive outlook in life and remove the common mindset that cancer causes death while its a curable disease.Hanging on to life is much better that accepting your doom is near...its like suicide!GOD won't like that!
Yep better tell this to mom tomorrow and scold by sister for making mom angry tonight.
Truth is it does hurt knowing the person you most loved has a disease that takes the lives of millions but thru proper explanations by the medical experts we still cling to hope and implore God's aid.We certainly can get thru this!

I might start to work after mom's surgery so GODBLESS to all of us!
:)

We bought a new a PC last saturday at Megamall then I remebered ManilaComicon was held there. We decided to drop by inside so my nephew can see the cosplayers but we were so awed by the PC that we eventually forgot to go to the convention. The PC also serves a new start to my techno life(Although it scratched my savings :P)and yep I can pass deviations again sweet!!!
